I-95 North, Exit #7 (see note) named "The Yorks" (last exit before the Maine Turnpike Tolls) Right off the ramp, right at light onto Route 1 South

Next light, left onto Route 1A (York St) Bear right at Village Monument; continue along Route 1A aka Long Beach Avenue past Nubble Road

Bear right at the fork and continue straight at stop sign onto Ocean Avenue Extension (the beach will be on your left)

SAND and SURF is #53 Ocean Avenue Extension. Parking is at the rear of the Inn.
