5 - Large room w/half bath, both queen & double bed, good for a family

6 - Twin beds, overlook neighboring yard

Sand and Surf Inn Rate Card 2008

All room rates include breakfast.
A deposit equal to one night's lodging per room plus tax is required to confirm reservations.
Prices do not include Maine Sales Tax of 7%.
Rates are based upon double occupancy except room #1 & Room #5 which is based upon up to 4 persons. Additional persons sharing accommodations will be charged an additional $15 plus tax per person per day. Management reserves the right to limit the number of persons per room. No charge for infants.

Rooms have shared baths except where indicated.

• Cancellation policy will be strictly adhered to. Early departures will be charged for full reserved length of stay

• Check out time is 11AM. Check in time is between 3 PM to 6PM.

If you arrive later than 6PM, please let the Inn Keeper know in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your late arrival and check in.

• Breakfast is served daily from 8 AM to 10 AM.

• Sorry, NO PETS.

• We welcome VISA or MASTERCARD. We also accept cash, travelers checks and personal checks with proper ID

• "Quiet time" is strictly observed after 11 PM.

Because so many of our guests enjoy the quietude of our inn we have selected not to have televisions in individual guest rooms. We have a quiet time policy after 11pm in order to create a relaxing and restful nighttime atmosphere. The television in our front parlor has all the popular cable TV channels and everyone is welcome to use it.

• Two night minimum stay on holidays of Memorial Day, 4th of July, "York Days/York Fest", Labor Day, weekends and Columbus Day.

• Off Season rates apply Memorial Day thru mid-June and after Labor Day until Columbus Day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations and/or changes require a minimum 2 week advance notice in order to receive a deposit refund.

All cancellations are subject to a service charge of $15 plus tax per room.
